Gender Equity Rep

Alix is currently an ST1 within the North West Deanery. She has worked in teaching roles previously, completed a PG Cert in medical education, and has represented her peers in multiple representative roles throughout her career.

She is joining EMTA for the first time as the Gender Equity Representative. She is currently on her second maternity leave, where she continues to raise a young family alongside continuing to fulfil her career ambitions. She hopes to become a dual-ICM trainee in the future.
